Wade Sexton, Pipeline Contractors, reports the following two items:

-Lakemoor Drive Waterline Project – All pipe is in the ground and all customers in the area are connected to the new system. Clean-up is 80% complete except on Old Settlers and Carriage where rainy weather has slowed clean-up progress. The contractor hopes to have all clean-up completed just as soon as rainy weather abates. There is a rumor about that the County will repave all of Lakemoor but I’m still running that one down. Will advise.

-Montlake Drive Waterline Project – This project was announced at the last HOA meeting, but due to your friendly KUB liaison’s ineptness, I have failed to get the info on the webpage. Sorry. Anyway, Pipeline expects to proceed with installation of a new 8″ waterline on the north side of Montlake Drive between Timberlake and Tall Pine starting about income tax day and continuing for 6+/- weeks. We will continue to have direct contact with the contractor VP who has done a nice job of keeping me informed of the progress, challenges, etc. This project, along with Dogwood Trail traffic, will function as good traffic calming/slowing devices….

Until the project is underway, at which time I’ll send out contact numbers again, call or text me if you have questions or concerns.
    Thanks
